The traditional decoction Dioscurides Mint is made from raw material grown in Greece.
Peppermint has been traditionally used since the time of Hippocrates and Dioscurides to relieve cold symptoms of dysmenorrhea, flatulence and has tonic, stimulating and aphrodisiac properties.
Method of preparation: for each cup of decoction put a teaspoon of the mixture in a coffee maker filter or boil it traditionally. Add honey or sugar.
Dosage: consists of 1-3 cups per day.
