The traditional decoction Dioscurides Sage is made from raw material grown in Greece.
Sage has been traditionally used since the time of Hippocrates and Dioscurides to relieve the symptoms of dysmenorrhea, flatulence, sweating and has tonic, stimulating and aphrodisiac properties.
Method of preparation: for each cup of decoction put a teaspoon of the mixture in a coffee maker filter or boil it traditionally. Add honey or sugar.
Dosage: consists of 1-2 cups per day.
