Traditional decoction to relieve constipation

Method of preparation: for each cup of decoction put a teaspoon of the mixture in a coffee maker filter or boil it traditionally. Add honey or sugar.
Ingredients: Rose, basil, fennel, chamomile, verbena and Zambucos .
Dosage: consists of 1-3 cups per day.
